Deletion of u(n)/plu

Some Glosists have insisted that u(n)/plu should be deleted after prepositions. The rule is MAY be deleted (really not a rule at all). Using u(n)/plu helps to determine the number of the noun following it.

I believe the confusion came from a misunderstanding of the way Hogben deleted these words. A careful analysis of the way he deleted them shows that he deleted u(n) after prepositions and verboids, never plu. In this way, accuracy of number is preserved. Hogben never formulated this as a grammar rule. If you do not use verboids (most Glosists don't), please use u(n)/plu after the verb to separate it from the object.
